We have closed the island of Île de Ré off the coast of France in the Atlantic Ocean 11 years ago in our hearts and is known for its salt production in among other Ars-en-Ré. Every time we visit this lovely island we take the Fleur de Sel - the nectar of the swamp - with us home.

The precious crystals are still, to this day, harvested according to a harvesting technique dating from the Middle Ages and are a 100% natural product.
